Horrible plugin!!! Although this plugin works well for some… If it breaks your theme and you get a white screen of death removing the plugin becomes next to impossible. With over 300 1 star review it happens too often for this to be a good plugin. The plugin adds lines to htaccess both in the wordpress install directory as well as in your root directory. Most shared hosting will not allow you to access this level of your hosting so you will need your host to give you access to the root folder so you can edit the htaccess. Then the plugin also creates lines in your wp-config as well as thousands of other files on your server in the wp-content folder. The plugin cannot be deleted until you actually remove all the lines from htaccess files and in the wp-config file. So removing this plugin completely becomes a long process and nightmare even for skilled coders. I would not recommend putting your website at risk.

You may need to flush all the cache including your web hosting server’s cache as well as Cloudflare or any CDN services (if you have).

These settings definitely worked EXCEPT I had to use ‘manual’ minify mode. In ‘Auto’, i couldn’t access my site.

You may please re-install the plugin and try. Make sure your CDN hostname is pingable/working and have 755 permissions.

In brackets i have specified ” Genesis theme” right? So you may use that if your theme is responsive (ie., if you shrink the window, the content also shrinks to fit your screen).
There is no problem for Adsense while using these settings.

Hi there. Nice article. But after todays update I get this message on w3: “A configuration issue prevents CDN from working: The “Replace default hostname with” field cannot be empty. Enter CDN provider hostname here. (This is the hostname used in order to view objects in a browser.)”.
